Payment timing
Payment is confirmed at the time of an event booking or a product order.
Experience (event) cancellation / refund
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours (2 days) before the start time. Date/time changes are available for an additional ¥3,000. If the event is cancelled by us, all bookings will be fully refunded.

¥45,000 (tax included). Prices are shown on each product page.
Charges in addition to the product price
Shipping within Japan is free. For overseas delivery, please contact us before ordering, and we will quote shipping by region by email.
Delivery time
After your order, we confirm your size by email and ship within approximately two weeks (timing may vary with stock).
Product returns / exchange
Exchanges are accepted for manufacturing defects only. As your size is confirmed before shipping, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please report any defect by email within 7 days of delivery. If we cannot confirm your size within 14 days, or your size is unavailable, we cancel the order and issue a full refund.
