Payment timing
Payment is confirmed at the time of an event booking or a product order.
Experience (event) cancellation / refund
More than 48 hours before the start time: free cancellation with a full refund; date changes are available for a ¥3,000 fee. Within 48 hours of the start time: date changes are not available, and cancellations are non-refundable — you can still cancel from your booking management page. If the session is cancelled by us, all bookings will be fully refunded.
Product price (Samue top & bottom set)
¥25,000 (tax included). Prices are shown on each product page.
Charges in addition to the product price
Shipping within Japan is free. We deliver within Japan only and do not ship overseas.
Delivery time
After your order, we confirm your size by email and ship within approximately two weeks (timing may vary with stock).
Product returns / exchange
Exchanges are accepted for manufacturing defects only. As your size is confirmed before shipping, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please report any defect by email within 7 days of delivery. If we cannot confirm your size within 14 days, or your size is unavailable, we cancel the order and issue a full refund.
