Information we collect

We may collect the following information when you submit a booking or inquiry form, place an order, or complete payment:

• Booking details (plan, date/time, participants, requests)
• Shipping details (name, postal code, address, phone number)
• Order details (product, size, quantity, amount, order status)
• Inquiry content (requests, referral codes, and anything else you enter into a form)
• Consent records (the version of the Terms and Privacy Policy you agreed to, and the date and time)
• Technical data (IP address, device/browser data) and cookie identifiers

How we use your information

• To respond to inquiries and provide booking/experience services
• To accept product orders, process payment, ship your order, and keep you informed about its delivery
• To send acknowledgement emails for orders and inquiries
• To process payments and prevent fraud
• To prevent automated form submissions
• To communicate confirmations and service updates
• To analyze website usage and improve our services

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services. Their purpose, and the information we share with each, is set out below. These services may set cookies or collect technical identifiers to provide their functionality.

• Stripe (payments)
  To process card payments, we share your email address, the order amount, the product name (for experiences this includes the location and date), size, quantity, and order number. We do not pass on your name or card number — Stripe collects those directly on its own payment screen.
• Supabase (data storage)
  Stores your booking, order, and inquiry records. The servers are located in the Tokyo region.
• Resend (email delivery)
  To send acknowledgement emails to you and notification emails to us, we share your name and email address along with the contents of your order or inquiry as included in the message body.
• LINE (notifying our team)
  So that we see your inquiry or booking straight away, we send a notification to our team's LINE account. For inquiries this includes your name, email address, phone number, party size, preferred dates, and the opening of your message; for confirmed bookings it includes your name, email address, date and time, location, party size, and amount.
• Google Calendar (managing bookings)
  To manage experience bookings, we add your name, email address, start and end time, location, party size, amount, and order number to our calendar.
• Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection)
  Your IP address and browser information are sent to Cloudflare as soon as the form is opened — that is, before you press submit.
• Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics 4 (website analytics)
  Collects technical usage data. We do not send your name, email address, or similar details.

In addition, when Google Signals is enabled, for users who are signed in to their Google account and have turned on Ads Personalization, we may use Google's estimated demographic data (such as age, gender, and interests) and cross-device activity as aggregated, non-identifying statistics for measurement and analysis. You can opt out at any time from your Google account Ad Settings (myadcenter.google.com).

Cookies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to improve user experience, measure performance, and understand site usage. You can control cookie settings in your browser.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers only as needed to deliver the service (e.g., payment processing, analytics) or when required by law.
