Service

We provide booking and participation services for Zen experiences and related programs.

Prohibited actions

• Submitting false information
• Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
• Any unlawful or abusive use of the service

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours (2 days) before the start time. Date/time changes are available for an additional ¥3,000. If the event is cancelled by us, all bookings will be fully refunded.

We are not responsible for damages caused by unavoidable circumstances (weather, transportation issues, force majeure), except as required by law.
